Weekly Update May #3

Ahoy, intrepid explorers! This past week has been great for dolphin sightings, and we’re excited to share the highlights with you! We are the most successful dolphin watching boat in Lisbon, with 28 months since the last failed ocean tour. We found at least a second group in all dolphin tours.
We sighted 1 dolphin species, the common dolphin. No whale watching this week…
For the bird watchers, we’ve seen: Storm petrel, Northern Gannet and Balearic Shearwater.
All tours rated 3 stars on our scale
We had to travel an average of 55Km to find the dolphins and return, which took ~2h15 to cover it. On average we hosted 12 guests per dolphin watching tour and 1 breakfast lost 🙁
Sea state was on average sea state 3.
Our CO2 emissions were 4.6 Kg per guest, a 5% improvement from last year.
This following week we expect poor sea conditions for Monday 26th and Tuesday 27th. But Expecting very good sea conditions Wednesday 28th onward!
