Weekly Update February #4

Ahoy, intrepid explorers! This past week has been great for dolphin sightings, and we’re excited to share the highlights with you! We are the most successfull dolphin watching boat in Lisbon, with 25 months since the last failed ocean tour.
We sighted 1 dolphin species, the common dolphin. We also found harbour porpoises. No whale watching this week…
For the bird watchers, we’ve seen: Storm petrel, Northern Gannet and Common murre.
All tours rated 4 stars on our scale
We had to travel an average of 59Km to find the dolphins and return, which took ~3h07 to cover it. On average we hosted 10 guests per dolphin watching tour and 0 seasickness cases.
Sea state was on average sea state 3.
Our CO2 emissions were 9.4 Kg per guest.
This following week we expect poor sea conditions, with Tuesday 4th afternoon being the best day of the week. On Friday 7th storm ‘Jana’ will disable all tours until next week.
