Weekly Update July #4

In the past week we found dolphins in all of the dolphin watching tours, 18 months since the last failed ocean tour.
We sighted 2 dolphin species, the common dolphin and striped dolphins. We had 1 whale watching tour with Fin Whales. We also had and harbour porpoises, Loggerhead sea turtle and Sun Fish. On average the tours rated 3.3 stars on our scale, where 2 tours had a rating of 4.
We had to travel an average of 60Km to find the dolphins, which took ~2h46 to cover it. On average we hosted 9 guests per dolphin watching tour and 0 seasickness cases.
Sea state was on average sea state 1.
Our CO2 emissions were 1.5 Kg per Km, a 19% improvement from last year.
This following week we expect near perfect conditios until Wednesday 31st. After might become more windy, we’ll have to check closer.

Weekly Update July #3

In the past week we found dolphins in all of the dolphin watching tours, 18 months since the last failed ocean tour.
We sighted 1 dolphin species, the common dolphin. We had 1 whale watching tour with Fin Whales. We also had and Blue Fin Tuna. All tours rated 3 stars on our scale.
We had to travel an average of 61Km to find the dolphins, which took ~2h39 to cover it. On average we hosted 9 guests per dolphin watching tour and 1 seasickness cases.
Sea state was on average sea state 3.
Our CO2 emissions were 1.3 Kg per Km, a 30% improvement from last year.
This following week we expect perfect sea conditions Thursday 25th followed by windy days.

Weekly Update July #2

In the past week we found dolphins in all of the dolphin watching tours, 18 months since the last failed ocean tour. We sighted 3 dolphin species, the common dolphin, bottlenose dolphins and striped dolphins, and 1 tours with0,. We had 3 whale watching tours with Fin Whales and a Sei Whale. We also had harbour porpoises and Blue Fin Tuna. On average the tours rated 3.4 stars on our scale, where 1 tours had a rating of 5 and 2 tours with 3 different species!
We had to travel an average of 48Km to find the dolphins, which took ~2h37 to cover it. On average we hosted 8 guests per dolphin watching tour and 0 seasickness cases. Sea state was on average sea state 1.
Our CO2 emissions were 1.8 Kg per Km, a 3% improvement from last year.
This following week we expect good sea conditions on the mornings only, at least until the weekend.

We sighted 1 dolphin species, the common dolphin. We had 1 whale watching tour with Fin Whales. We also had harbour porpoises, Blue Fin Tuna and Sharks. On average the tours rated 3.4 stars on our scale, where 2 tours had a rating of 4.
We had to travel an average of 55Km to find the dolphins, which took ~2h37 to cover it. On average we hosted 8 guests per dolphin watching tour and 1 seasickness cases.
Sea state was on average sea state 2.
Our CO2 emissions were 1.6 Kg per Km, a 14% improvement from last year.
This following week onward the prices are on high season value of 65€. We also expect very good sea conditions all week, except for Friday 12th, we’ll have to see if it improves.

In the past week we found dolphins in all of the dolphin watching tours, 17 months since the last failed ocean tour.
We sighted 1 dolphin species, the common dolphin. We also had and and 2 whale watching tours with Fin Whales and Sharks. On average the tours rated 3.5 stars on our scale, where 1 tours had a rating of 4.
The duration was on average 02h50, we had an average of 7 guests per dolphin watching tour and 1 seasickness cases.
Sea state was on average sea state 2.
Our CO2 emissions were 1.5 Kg per Km, a 11% improvement from last year.
This following week we expect good sea conditions until the weekend.
